There is little use for Steam carding now with all the rules and such but here it is anyway. Carded $250 the other day, really bad security.
1.) Create a fresh Steam account.
2.) Click on your username and go to manage balance.
3.) Click on add balance. (Any amount will work)
4.) Input your cards information and billing information.
5.) It will take you to review order, just click confirm.
6.) You should have Steam balance.
Don't add too much too quickly, do $25 - $50 per card, per account to avoid fraud problems.
